One of those events coming up soon is Be Your Own Boss, a workshop which will explore the key issues, considerations and decisions you may need to make when starting a business. Although some of the material covered will be UK specific, many of the topics will be relevant to business in any country, and the workshop will also provide an opportunity to meet other budding entrepreneurs.

The workshop will be running on Thursday 21st May 1-3pm in McCrae 219.

All vacancies open to non-EU candidates

Posted by rhulcareers on May 13, 2009

Before going into this article can I suggest a bit of caution? There are some lovely headlines out there about how Ashokvardhan Purohit succeeded in forcing companies in the UK to accept non-EU candidates. International Student Barometer

Posted by rhulcareers on May 11, 2009

A message from the Deputy Principal

Dear Student, Just as you receive regular feedback from us as you progress through your studies, we need to receive regular feedback from you. The Student Barometer is your opportunity to tell us what’s working, what’s frustrating and what you think of your university experience to date. The survey forms part of a wider ongoing study and is independently administered for Royal Holloway by the International Graduate Insight Group (i-graduate.org). Please click the link for your chance to have your say. Your response, together with the response from others, helps us to improve the student experience for current and future students . If you have responded previously, please do so again now. We recognise that opinions change over time. Equally, if previous concerns remain, we need to know. Your views will be treated in strictest confidence and the university will not identify you from your response.

Thank you in advance.

Professor Rob Kemp

Deputy Principal
